Important Message to Avoid Disruption of your 311 Virtual Office Access

Dear 311 Virtual Office User,
Your CCSF Active Directory password will expire soon. Please follow these instructions to avoid a disruption to your 311 Virtual Office access.
Navigate to the 311 Virtual Office website at www.sf311.org/crm.
IMPORTANT: Please add this web page to your Favorites or Bookmarks for future access to 311 Virtual Office information and web links
Select "Change or Recover Password". When you reach the SFGOV Password Management Page, select "Password Recovery".
Enter "User Name". Your User Name is the part of your email address before @. Two examples are included below. (NOTE: A small number of user were provided an email that does not follow this format. )
Email: francis.drake@sfgov.org User name: francis.drake
Email: jdoe@sfwater.org User name: jdoe
If you receive the message "Your account is not set up for password recovery", please skip to the last section after the dotted line.
You will now receive prompts to answer 2 Password Recovery Questions. Your answer is case sensitive and must be typed exactly as you entered during the set up process.
After successfully answering 2 of your Password Recovery Questions, enter "New Password" and enter again in "Confirm New Password". Passwords must have a minimum of 7 characters and include at least on upper-case character and at least one number.
Select "Change Password". You will receive a confirmation message when your password is successfully changed.
If after following these directions, you are unable to change your password and are a CCSF Employee, please request a password reset from the DT Help Desk at dtis.helpdesk@sfgov.org or (415) 581-7100, Mon - Fri 8 am - 6 pm. Only Complete these steps if you received the message "Your account is not set up for password recovery":
You will receive this message if you did not complete the directions for setting up your password recovery questions during account set-up.
From your Bookmarked 311 Virtual Office Page, www.sf311.org/crm, select "Change or Recover Password", then select "Change Password" under the CCSF Banner. Enter your "User Name" and "Old Password". Remember that your password has at least one upper-case character and at least one number.
If you receive an error message after following these directions, your password has already expired and you will need to request a password reset. IMPORTANT: After successfully changing your password, follow these steps to register for password recovery.
From your Bookmarked 311 Virtual Office Page, www.sf311.org/crm, select "Change or Recover Password", then select "Register for Password Recovery" under the CCSF Logo.
Enter your "User Name" and new "Password".
Use the drop down arrow to select 4 different questions you will be able to answer in the future. The answers are case sensitive so you will have to type the questions exactly as entered to recover your password in the future.
Select "Submit". Make sure you have received a message confirming your Password Recovery Registration.
