1) San Francisco District Attorney's Office
The San Francisco District Attorney's Office has a Consumer Protection Unit that offers the following services:
- Free Complaint Service
- Investigation and Mediation of Consumer Complaints
- Education about Consumer Rights
- Prosecution of civil and criminal consumer fraud
The Consumer Protection Unit can be contacted at: 551-9595, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
